yonks ago I saw a photoset of this artists work and I’m dying to find out who it was now! ahh I can’t remember his name at all! It was delicious and relatively painterly but he would have sections of the portrait and body painted to resemble pixels? Just flat blocks of colour and then it would mesh into the painterly portrait. It was really awesome oh man. The only “equivalent” I can find is Wesley Burt but I swear the guy I’m looking for painted as I remember some delicious colour schemes with avocado greens, salmons and yellows.
Anyways, if this rings a bell for anyone I’d love to know and I’d be really grateful! It’d be for a project at school - I was describing his art and my teacher seemed really interested mhm.
